In those days, enjoying a beer outside meant dealing with the risk of debris landing in your drink, so the wealthy opted for Steinkrugs with pewter lids to keep their beverages safe. Our reusable Bierdeckel™ takes cues from classic beer barrels, just like those seen at Oktoberfest. This handy Bierdeckel™ fits a range of drink sizes, from pints to 0.5 L Oktoberfest mugs, and even Das Boot, a favorite in many bars.  This item should not be placed in the dishwasher, but you can easily clean it by wiping it down with a damp cloth.
